Before you guys try to shoot me down, let me just say this. The iPad was not created to replace your home computer. It was not created for you get work done in a new, extrodinary way.
It was created however, for you to use the internet, read books, and enjoy media like you have never before and I think if you really think about it, it will. I'm not here to go into detail about the features, specs, and such, but rather explain to you why I think this will be a ground breaking product.
The iPad just as the iPod and iPhone will change everything. I get tired of saying almost, but when you have a company that integrates hardware and software the way Apple does, it's almost inevitable.
For starters, the touch screen on the iPad is higher resolution and is more sensative to touch than any device you've ever touched. It uses the latest led display technology and has a processor that was designed in harmony with it's software team which means supreme performance. It's body. Heh, it's body is all aluminum with a gorgeous glossy black face that will deliver videos as about as beautiful as videos can be. It can read books like the Kindle, but with class. You can listen to music and view album information like never before. Reading mail will be so comfortable on your sofa compared to the iPhone, you won't know what hit you.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, yes, it's not a miracle. It is however the nicest way to do the things that many of us do everyday online, but now we can do it on the comfort of our sofa. If you really think this thing won't take off, try it for a bit, then tell me you disagree. Until then, just try it!

The iPad will change the internet as we know it.
