Socialized medicine is the only way we'll ever have true universal health care in America.

I don't understand why Obama thinks he can sway multi-billion dollar insurance companies as well as medicine manufacturers into some system where they make much, much less.

The only real solution is to make our hospitals like our police department and fire department. Everyone would be better off. I know, I've lived overseas and the health care system there is much, much, much more effective.
